Currently, KomuNuri ships all over Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Standard shipping time for Pakistan is 3-5 working days. 

Standard shipping time for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait is 5-7 working days.

In Pakistan, all orders are shipped via Leopard or TCS. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

If, for some reason, you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days after delivery and request a full refund (net of any shipping or service charges).

  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging intact including any plastic seal.
  • Items that are damaged due to human misuse, courier mishap or damaged from regular wear & tear are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Only those items purchased directly from KomuNuri’s website are eligible for a refund.

For an exchange, you can send the product back to us within 7 days after delivery. The product received must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging intact. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure a proper courier company is used to deliver the product back to us. If the product comes back to us in a non sale-able condition, then we reserve the right to refuse an exchange, and will simply send the product back to you in the form received plus shipping charges. 

Products purchased from retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase, per that retailer’s return policy. Please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund/return policy.


In the case of international orders, products can only be returned if there is some manufacturing defect in them or they are damaged by courier. Change of mind will not be applicable for returning international orders. 

If you find any defect or damage issue, please follow the following procedure:

  1. Send an image or preferably a video of the damage or defect at along with your order number 
  2. Our customer service will investigate the issue and get back to you within 2 - 3 working days.
  3. If the product is defective and damaged from our end, then our team will send you a replacement which will take 5 - 7 working days. Refunds are not possible with international transactions; only an exchange.
