ARE KOMUNURI LUNCH BOXES FOOD SAFE?

Yes, all KomuNuri products are FDA and LFGB-approved, BPA-free, and made using Tritan, the safest and most eco-friendly plastic.

ARE KOMUNURI LUNCH BOXES SAFE FOR KIDS?

Absolutely. Our products are not just safe but also kid-friendly, so your kid’s small hands can easily open and close the lunch box without much assistance.

ARE KOMUNURI LUNCH BOXES DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE SAFE?

Yes, KomuNuri lunch boxes are dishwasher and microwave-safe, ensuring greater convenience for parents who cook, clean, and prep lunch on a daily basis.

However, we highly recommend hand washing the outer shell to extend the life of the silicone seal. All KomuNuri lunch boxes are designed with rounded edges and smooth surfaces to make handwashing easy.

HOW CAN I PACK WET FOODS IN NURI LUNCH BOXES?

Here are some tips to help you ensure the food stays in its place and does not leak into other compartments:

1) Do not overfill compartments;

2) Remove any excess liquid from canned fruit, applesauce, and yogurt before packing;

3) To create the best seal, press down on the lid with the palm of your hand and snap the latch to a closed position when closing the lunch box.

Important: KomuNuri lunch boxes are designed to hold wet foods but not liquids. You can pack wet foods with a thick consistency, such as ketchup, ranch sauce, and more. Do NOT pack soups or any watery dressing.

ARE KOMUNURI LUNCH BOXES THERMAL?

No, KomuNuri lunch boxes are not thermal. To preserve food for longer, we recommend packing the lunch box in an insulated bag with an ice pack. 

HOW DURABLE ARE KOMUNURI LUNCH BOXES?

KomuNuri lunch boxes are made of Tritan, the most sturdy and environmentally friendly plastic. Unlike other plastic storage containers and lunch boxes, our lunch boxes will easily last you for hundreds of uses (if taken care of properly).

HOW MANY COMPARTMENTS DO KOMUNURI LUNCH BOXES HAVE?

All KomuNuri lunch boxes have 4 individually-sealed compartments.

IS THE TRAY REMOVABLE?

KomuNuri offers two types of lunch boxes: with a removable tray and without.

The tray can be easily removed for prepping and cleaning. You can easily microwave food in the tray and even use it at home to feed snacks and dinner to your little one!

The tray might be slightly difficult to remove the first time, but it won’t be an issue after initial removal.

CAN I USE KOMUNURI LUNCH BOX TO PACK AND STORE FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR THE NIGHT BEFORE?

Yes, KomuNuri lunch boxes are awesome storage containers. The food will stay fresh for days (at the right temperature).

DOES KOMUNURI SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Currently, KomuNuri ships all over Pakistan. We can ship outside Pakistan but shipping charges will apply.

DOES KOMUNURI OFFER CASH-ON-DELIVERY (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD service and also accept payments through cards (coming soon).

I RECEIVED A BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEM, CAN I GET A REFUND?

In case the lunch box you received is broken or defective, you may return it in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact within 7 days. 

Once we receive the lunch box, we'll examine it and if the item is found to be defective or broken, we will process the refund (including any shipping fees incurred) or replace it with another piece.
