At KomuNuri, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days after delivery and request a full refund (net of any shipping or service charges).

Only those items purchased directly from KomuNuri’s website are eligible for a refund.

Products purchased from retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase, per that retailer’s return policy. Please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund/return policy.

  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged due to human misuse or damaged from regular wear & tear are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Note: Shipping and service charges are NOT included in the refund.

If you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact us at hello@nuri.pk. We will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund (shipping charges included).

Any orders that have damaged/missing items upon arrival must be photographed immediately as proof, including the receipt, and reported within a maximum of 24 hours from delivery. No request for replacement or refund can be reviewed or approved without photo evidence. 

A product may be required to be returned to us at customer expense to complete the review.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

Please get in touch with our customer support team via hello@nuri.pk with your order number and details of the return. We will assess your case and may ask you to ship the item(s) back to us. 

As soon as your items have been received, we will process your refund request. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a full refund to be credited back to your account.

The customer will have to cover the shipping costs, and if the product is damaged or lost during transit then this will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you wish to make an exchange of the product, you can return the product back to us assuming it's in original, saleable condition. Please note that for exchanges, the customer will have to pay standard shipping charges of PKR 250 for a new item being delivered back to them.
