Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Since we are a 100% import driven business, our finished products and payment to suppliers are done in a foreign currency.  The currency displayed on the website will convert to your native currency depending on your location. 

Therefore, we use Stripe (payment gateway) that allows us to charge customers in their native (local) currency on the website. 

If the charge currency differs from the customer’s credit card currency, the customer may be charged a foreign exchange fee by their credit card company. We only bill you for the total amount as per the invoice. Remaining charges are consistent with bank charges implied by your local bank. Please contact your bank for further details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

KOMUNURI RETURNS POLICY

You may return any unopened item* that is still in its original packaging to KomuNuri Pakistan within SEVEN days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier) for an exchange for another product or, under special circumstances, a full refund. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Nuri Pakistan’s website. 

Please note: Ensure goods for exchange arrive in "as new" condition. Items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.

Items that are returned more than SEVEN days after delivery and/or are unable to be resold as new cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after SEVEN days. 

Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.

REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS

Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because the item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. KomuNuri Pakistan reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Most orders are shipped the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday except by prior arrangement.

In case a product is out of stock, we will keep you informed. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
